Position Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented and visionary CFO to oversee all financial aspects of our company strategy through the next stage of growth. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, reporting, compliance, and strategic analysis. This is a key leadership position reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Manage cash flow, capital structure, working capital, and treasury operations.

• Oversee compliance, tax planning, and internal control processes.

• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership team.

• Liaise with banks, investors, and financial institutions to manage funding and investment.

• Supervise finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Support strategic initiatives such as new market expansion, M&A, and investor relations.

• Analyze financial performance and contribute to key business decisions.

• Ensure compliance with statutory laws and financial regulations.

• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track financial health and operational performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.

• Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership finance role.

• Prior experience in the FMCG, manufacturing, or food industry is preferred.

• Proven track record of fundraising, financial structuring, and cost optimization.

• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

• Proficient in ERP systems and financial modeling.
